You keep calling this a show trial. I'm sure that wasn't HMRC's choice, just the media's.

It does have to be unanimous in the first instance. Only if it becomes apparent that unanimity is not feasible wll they be called back and told the a 10-2 majority will do. If they were still out at the end of today that might have happened.
