Fairly certain no one is arsed, but we're still buzzing so I'm telling you all anyway.  We got incredibly lucky, thankfully! Weather was spot on and it properly set the tone for a perfect day, co

Yeah. Hardly paid any attention to Ms Kirkwood's forecast this morning. Like this for days to come.

Reminds me of 1976

Just wake up without wondering what the weather will be like; it’s just great

Asked the question today of a couple of clients when the last time we had sustained good weather like this and both as one said 1976.

Long may this continue!

1995 was a good summer. Can remember the Jumbles getting very low.

An evening that demands lager, rekorderlig and white wine

An evening that demands cold lambrusco

Drank a shit load in Italy last week. 2 for £12 in Tesco.

I got lambasted for mentioning non alcoholic lager (necessity was the cause)

Knowingly drinking Lambrusco is fucking abysmal

When in Rome (or Emilia Romagna)...

A lovely bit of rain

I think that’s the first time I’ve seen rain since April.

Missus came home last week and said the weather service used by local authorities says 30°C by end of June.

Not sure if that's good or bad.

Had to put a 2nd layer on in Edinburgh today, shocking weather around 13c.

Bollocks. I'll be cutting dust.

I hope so. This has potential to eclipse balmy 95

The roof is coming off our house on Thursday, getting replaced as part of the renovation

You watch it will go to rat shit now, here come the monsoons

It's windy Thursday with a bit of rain forecast for the backend of the week.

A low pressure system from the Atlantic with a couple of fronts.

That’s tropical here pal

Just been out for a 5 mile walk in short sleeves. Lovely and warm

Fucking hell, it is actually raining!

Bladdered it down on Sunday for an hour or two. Just when we were out with the hounds.

Wife had just dyed her hair and returned looking like I'd taken my chain saw to her neck.

50-60mph tomorrow on the coast.

Should blow out by afternoon.

Heavy thunder stuff over Blackburn at the minute.

There’s some kind of festival with the local Rayguns taking place on the park adjacent with some dude whaling prayers over a rather large public address system.

They’re getting completely pissed wet through.

My Sky has gone off

That was interesting. A chunk of pavement on thicketford roar appears to have been lifted up. Mini floods at the bottom and at Red bridge.

UU spent an arm and a leg to stop red bridge from flooding.

Yep. Not sure anything would have stopped this though. Barring taking the bridge out and letting it all go into the brook.
