no balls Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 How do people not getting a chill down their spine when the national anthem is played? I think I may turning into one of those old women who has commemorative wall plates all over my house I've got a flag in the back garden! Quote
maaarsh Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Bullshit rule in the teamsprint - some pea brained cretin writing the rules forgot there is no fucking battons in a bike relay, so there's no reason whatsoever to define a changeover zone. Germans promoted from 4th to Gold, bloody farce. Quote

birch-chorley Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 how many more golds are available for us in the velodrome? Quote
maaarsh Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 how many more golds are available for us in the velodrome? We'll win both team pursuits. Sprints I would say we are 2nd favourite in each, but today we were miles better in all 3 events than the rest of the year, so no reason we can't win those. Keirin is a crap shoot, but why not. Omnium also a crap shoot, but Laura Trott is special so she'll probably win. I'll say 4.5 would be par, but why not win 8. Quote
no balls Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Swimming now. I'm sure I said 6 months ago I couldn't give a bugger about this. Quote
