I thought it was because they thought it was the wrong decision,

Someone near me thought they were booing Sordell because he had been shit.

Either way, it was a very disappointing crowd reaction.

As was the booing at half time when it was 0-0.

And the extent of the booing at Burnley at full time.

It seems like we're not giving them a chance from the start.

Anyone with half a brain could see this league wouldn't be a walkover.

It was the experts who had never seen him play but were sure we would have stayed up if he had played.

It is embarrassing when people boo because we keep launching it long. And then the same people boo when we pass it about and one of those passes goes back to bogdan. Christ lets build a few attacks. I'm NOT comparing us to Barcelona but Valdes would have a complete nightmare playing at the reebok getting passes off xavi and busquets the negative b@stards.

correctomundo dude

I thought a lot of the long balls came as a result of some excellent work by the Derby front 2, especially Sammon, they made sure Bogdan, Mills and Knight didn't have an easy short ball and had to go long.

For me the main problem was the inability to get the ball out of our own half for long periods of the game. That's where the majority of the Derby chances came from IMO.

However we won and that's the main thing

We looked very threatening on the break and should have scored more.

Not seen any highlights, but I'm convinced Mark Davies should have had a penalty. However he is prone to going down very easily.

Sordell looked like a man who would've benefited from playing in our pre-season games rather than gathering splinters watching Sturridge dick about at the Olympics.

Not much to be pleased about with that performance, Derby were just worse than us.

We looked terrible without the ball again, I think we only got it back when they knocked it out for a goal kick time and time again.

The major positive is we can play that badly and still win comfortably due to the league we are playing in, so we should do ok if/when we start playing a bit better.

We are crying out for someone to pressure the ball to win it back though.

Can see us struggling against Forest. Papering over cracks has been mentioned a few times on here about last night and that's exactly what that result was.

When we were in the BPL we tried to pass it around some of the best passing sides in europe. Now we are in the Championship, a league which we should/are one of the best sides in the league passing and possesion wise so what do we do? Hoof it long! If we played with a bit of common sense we could make life so much easier for ourselves.

Pleased with last night. Last 30 minutes I thought we played some good football. Good turnout too. We'll be top by Friday.

im as big a coyle critic as any but last night will do me just fine.

if that continues, then he can keep his job.

fickle? me? never!

play bad and win with a clean sheet, its when we play good and aren't lethal in front of goal or even crate chances is what we want to worry about.

Some of our fans are fuckin idiots, our idiots but still.

Yip, agree with all of this.

You show any negativity at the reebok and your labelled a knob head! Why should I not voice my opinion at half time, we were woeful all first half

Far enough we won, but I hope I don't have to sit through that style of football all season!

Spot on and, getting behind them instead of slagging them off can often result in what you would like to see in the first place.

I didn't miss ReebokVoice playing That's Entertainment at half-time. Piss taker!

Why should I not voice my opinion at half time, we were woeful all first half

Can I just ask, what is it that you think booing the players off at half time actually achieves? Do you think it helps in any way at all?

Teams will be a lot more compact and difficult to break down in this league (particularly at the Bok), some games will be like last night and sometimes we must be patient.

After a frustrating start to the season and a very frustrating first 60mins last night our quality showed in the end. Yes, we did have a few hairy moments but I think the players have that much pressure on them (especially after Saturdays result), that ultimately the result was all that mattered last night.

I will honestly take 1-0 / 2-0 wins all day long and shitty performances to boot, as long as we are in top two in another forty-four games.

Can I just ask, what is it that you think booing the players off at half time actually achieves? Do you think it helps in any way at all?

No, but it makes sean feel betterer.

Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, gerem off!

cheeky

I think it let's them know tat the performance wasn't good enough, same as the manager will bollock them at half time or should he not do that incase he upsets them!

Owen should in no way be allowed into the changing room, let alone speak / boo / shout at our little darlings. :-0

And that's your opinion, if you are happy watching that shite in first half good on you

booooooooo @ seany

A few positives:-

- a win

- after we scored the team looked very confident and all players wanted the

ball

- did start well and created a few chances

- definite penalty

- Mark Davies, Eagles, Chippy better than saturday

- KD looked better when Sordell had gone off

- Quick to get a pint at half time

- Quick to get away

Negatives

- Mears (wrong decisions / bad passes)

- Too many long balls up to KD (we made it look easier when we attacked at

pace on the floor)

- Derbys following

Overall, still a long way to go, but another win on friday and things will start looking up.
