I have seen teams surge ahead like Watford and Fulham did in the 2000/01 season. We had a decent start that year to keep up with the leaders, Watford fell, and then Blackburn came with a good winning run, i think its going to be really hard now to keep pace. Just hope i am wrong.

I'd take this season as a right off if we got the right man in to turn the club around.

We have a 5 or 6 game spell in late oct/early nov where we play Cardiff, Leicester, boro and Blackpool among others - lets see where we are after then
