Although theres a short list with him in it,with two surprise names in there. Mark Iles? Spazzy Darren has more of an inside track than him The bookies have pushed Mad Mick further down since I last checked at lunch...though that could be just because a load of folk are betting on him without knowledge? FWIW I have money on McLeish @ 14's and McCarthy @ 3's. Though I hope we get neither The ultimate kick in the balls is if it's neither of them & someone equally uninspiring like Curbs or Keane... EyesRight Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 empty your inbox darling. Emptied. And NB as I tried explaining at Burnley, we don't chase the ambulances, we chase them that do though. Quote

Biggish Dave Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 I'm starting to warm to the idea of OGS, sure he's an ex-red but if he comes in a gets us promoted I couldn't give a flying toss who he played for Quote
Spider Posted October 9, 2012 Author Posted October 9, 2012 Spider you plantpot You never selected the option to show who voted who. How am I meant to ridicule now? I didn't set it up as a vote because I'm lazy and knew someone else would. I voted for Hierro but this was another lazy move on my part as I dont really give a shit. I'm happy to leave it up to the club. Whoever it is will have my full backing from under the tellies in the ESL. Quote
emus wig Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Please god not the professional yorkshireman, too many bad experiences at barnsley with that cunt at centre half. Quote
mickbrown Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 I'm thinking any bugger with a bit of common sense - i.e, they'd realise that playing Petrov on the right wing is a bloody shit idea. In fact, that'd be my first interview question Quote
tylswhite Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 From your man tyls? Them were his exact words. It will probably depend on if Mccarthy fancies a proper contract or just until end of the season is enough for him. Quote
miamiwhite Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 (edited) From your man tyls? garrp - what's the odds on the inbreds new manager. according to SSN a shortlist being finalised Edited October 9, 2012 by miamiwhite Quote
bwfc87 Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Solskjaer for me. Just please don't go down the dull shitty route of a McCarthy or Billy Davies, it'll be like going backwards to Megson era. The only one i'd go back to is Big Sam but that ain't gonna happen. I'm dreading this Quote

White Shirt Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 For some reason I really want it to be Solskjaer Quote

If you're dreading this, then I wonder (as has been said a few times by a number on here recently) how bad you've seen it. Quote
trurotrotter Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 I've seen it pretty bad but no-one wants to go back to them dark old days (except for tickets prices and cost of a pint!!) Quote
Horwich Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Why would O.G.S turn aston villa down and then sign for us? Quote
tomski Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 (edited) Why would O.G.S turn aston villa down and then sign for us? A decent team to work with a realistic chance of success, less expectant fans? Closer to wherever the fanny used to live before. Saying that I don't want him. Villa is the new 'poisoned challice job' for me Edited October 9, 2012 by tomski Quote
EyesRight Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 OGS gone from 14s to 6s. I imagine it'll be MM until end of season if he accept that though. Quote
