  • Big 3-0 win for the whites. Everyone is a saved. Best team in the world. Dust off those passports. Followed by a defeat next week and relegation definite, worst team ever to play football, shit manage

  • We'll get a win by a single goal and we'll all look at the last three games. 6 points with two out of the three away from home.   Maybe then the home crowd will realise that sitting there NOT suppor

Great thread from the Huddersfield fans, the Bolton following at Huddersfield in the 70s must have been around 10,000, we went on a coach from LH and got on St Peters way at Kearsley, I counted over 1

Bolton to win twice in a row away from home? doubt it, they blew another chance to call a good result (2-1 Blackburn) the turning point with the pathetic loss to Ipswich.

Draw or loss, but again we should win.

You've become quite the pessimist really, James.

What's up?

£14 return on train, £25 match ticket, pay on the day. Should be more than 2000 there.

3-1 Bolton.

We are set up to play away from home, need to learn to take it to teams at the Reebok though.

Just don't see how we could beat Blackburn and play well to then lose to Ipswich at home after being 1-0 up, they've lost 5-0 and 6-0 recently away from home.

For a while now, Bolton win a game, then go on a run of losses/draws before we see another win, winning twice in a row away from home, will be very rare for us, not heard anything for a while to suggest it's about to change, but it has to.

Sorry, but I see this as realism, but I did listen to the Ipswich game and it sounded undeserved, so who knows.

OK, fair point and whilst we're being so reasonable :D don't take this as an insult, but you're just too young really.

Pre the mid-1990's, the above described Bolton pretty much to a T. We over achieved (some would say) and now that bubble has burst and we're back where we were 20 years ago almost.

Huddersfield memories of us. They seem decent enough to be honest.

liked this one

"Jaaskelainen dropping several clangers in one match then becoming a really good keeper in the next few years is one thing I remember"

thats a pic of Gardner too but not sure on the relevance, did he always score against them or something?

You'd think they actually quite like/respect us from those posts. WTF.

0 to goal in 48 seconds - first goal of the new season - Andy Walker. - They printed t-shirts !!

Julian Darby got our second late on.

Whilst at university my huddersfield fan mate bet us theyd finsih above us, i think we pipped them into the playoffs (may of been the season we lost to Ipswich) after they lost on the final day. His punishment for losing was to drink 10 aftershocks through a condom. Good memories
