If you let anybody play they look decent we let teams play every week sitting deep lets average teams have the the possession in 2/3 rds of the pitch gain confidence then hurt Freedman is setting the team up that way that is the way Reading played last season, we don't have the players to play that way and for me Freedman is equally to blame as are the players, it's rubbish and Freedman needs to show he not a one trick pony I ain't convinced at all.
