  • Booing a substitute entering the pitch before he's even kicked a ball, and was quite clearly put on due to an injury.   Booing David N'gog sporadically through the first half for no apparent reason.

  • We've always seemingly had more idiots than your average fanbase, but it's getting beyond a joke now.   When Mears had the ball deep in his own half, a winger breathing down his neck a couple of yar

  • Hes allowed to do what he wants without being booed by a bunch of bellends.

The truth is that Coyle did such a catastrophically bad job that it's going to take time to fix. The confidence of the team is rock bottom so the last thing we need is a load of fuckwits willing them to make a mistake just so they can have a go. The first 60 odd minutes yesterday wasn't good but we've got to get behind the side when they aren't playing well. Yesterday was a good result against a decent side unbeaten in 7 with 4 wins. I jst get the feeling that most of the crowd are expecting us to turn over sides by 4 or 5 every week but it's just not going to happen.

I hear the same comment of "these are shit we should be beating these". Fook me if these teams that are above us are shit then that must make us a lot shitter.

we're in transition thanks to anewnan's best mate.

let's see where we are in 6 months time

Fuck me, is it not obvious, Bolton fans have always had more idea than the manager, its their way of supporting.

In all seriousness, to all boo boys, fuck of and glory hunt.

You wouldn't know what it's like at a game now would you?

Do you still do that clown shit?

A 500k pa manager with a £30 million wage bill not beating shit like Barnsley and Ipswich at home and then being shit v Charlton for a good hour is going to get jeered.

I didnt boo-but agree about the s--t served up,its early days for freedman but the fans go to be entertained and there aint been much at home to date

Really? Is that what it's about?

If I want entertaining I'll go to the circus.

I don't think we expect to be entertained going watching Bolton do we?

If we do its a bonus , we go there to cheer our side in hope rather than expectation.

Exactly,we are only Bolton Wanderers after all.

That's why, away games are and always will be better games to attend. 15 pints, loads of bing and general good banter usually helps though to be honest

Spot on, i like getting shitfaced so watching Bolton is a no brainer, can't think of anything else better on a Saturday afternoon tbh.

Our away support has been fantastic this season tbh, i wish i could go to more away games.

well said pal.

i said it in may after stoke that dropping down a division wouldn't be a great hardship(well, for the pisspot fans and vile druggy thugs anyway)

anticipication for games, esp away has been at its' greatest for many a year

Some knobhead Ipswich fan on 606 earlier actually wanted his team to get relegated to get rid of McCarthy and get a manager with a good record of getting teams promoted from League 1.

You wonder how some people manage to find their front door of a morning.

Really? Is that what it's about?

I go hoping to see a home winSome people go just to get pissed and the footballs a side thing

... and if we're not winning at half time..?

I dont boo

I dont boo

Glad to hear :)

Has anyone on here actually owned up to being a half time booer yet?

I was saying boo-urns.

If I want entertaining I'll go to the circus.

As Ian Greaves once famously said after a backs to the wall nil nil at Anfield "If you want entertainment fuck off to the palladium"

I hope to Christ we keep results up because Dougie couldn't make it any clearer he wants patient passing football I fear the boo's will get louder and louder of it takes any longer to bed in if our numb fucks can't see the improvement from coyle they're putting down a new chapter of numbness - we're actually going in to games with a plan to feel the opposition out then pick them off we'll get better given half a chance

We were on the back of a defeat to Ipswich, draws with Barnsley and Leicester in previous 3 home games.

An hour into the next game against a team who were 2 divisions below us last season people were getting frustrated.

I imagine people were booing as CYL and Crackers are seen as players more likely to break down defences than Andrews and Spearing both of whom were having poor games going forward.

see, ngog and petrov strikes me as 'more likely' than butterfield and lee

in fact, i see petrov as our most threatening player (with eagles)

but we all know what petrov lacks

i can't see two more attacking options than the 2 he went with

were folk really expecting him to take off andrews and spearing and replace them with ngog and petrov?

I'm sure there were some thinking/hoping exactly that.

More attacking players means instant goals, everybody knows that.

is he allowed to take just one of them off ?
