I live at wigan on the M6 turnoff and there's easily a foot of snow and it's still falling now. M6 is shut now and cars abandoned all over including ours, had to leave it a mile from home and walk the rest. Two lorries side by side on the A49 stuck and no traffic can't get past them out of Wigan.
