January 26, 201313 yr I came into work early this morning. Bradford Rd, Manchester Rd. St. Peters Way, Halliwell Rd, Moss Bank Way then Church Rd. No problem. The roads are improving all the time. I'm sure it will go ahead unless the police become all 'elfandsafety' cautious.
