Wanderers 2 Blackpool 2

Blackpool fan in peace. We have been given an allocation of just 2,305 for our last fixture of the season.

http://www.blackpoolfc.co.uk/news/article/ticket-news-bolton-wanderers-765947.aspx

Considering we took 4,000 to Blackburn, we would expect around 4,500 to travel to Bolton. I know our away stand is small so perhaps you are returning the favour, but is there any reason why the allocation is so small compared to the Premier League game?

Thanks in advance.

No, we're not a particularly big club when compared to many. But when compared to Blackpool, yes, we are. If we finish 8th this season, our current position, that'll be our worst league placing since

Us old uns have seen it all before, hopefully it will be sold out in the home end, if not, fck it, as Colin would say MAKE SOME NOISE FOR THE BOYZ!!

We've needed points on last day at The Reebok before, 2-2 draw with Villa got us UEFA Cup and a 2-1 win v Boro got us survival.

Beating Norwich 1-0 in 2000 lined up Ipswich...

A very similar run in to this one as well, a very similar season league wise...

Holdsworth 1-0?

Didnt we have to beat Wolves the season before to make play offs?? or was that the penultimate game?

Can't believe I'm away for this game! FFS!

Didnt recall how that season ended, checked and after bury beat us 2-1 we drew 1-1 at home with wolves and finished 6th winning at Pompey 2-0, 3 points ahead of wolves

Why is it a 12.45 kick off? More bollocks from the FA?

Guessing it's because SKY will want to show some games live and can't if it's 3 o clock on the Saturday

Owt else would prob clash with PL games on the Sunday

I'd blame SKY

That's how I saw it. We all have to play at the same time and sky probably want to show a game so 12:45 it is

This might be on the telly now then?

Ah yes.

I reckon the Forest Leicester one myself

It's all about the premier league.

Having the Championship finale early on Saturday will enable Sky to spout off about 2 of the teams promoted to the premier league and the 4 contesting the play-offs, before spending the rest of the afternoon on premier league fixtures.

The relegation battle remains tight!

Villa are down if they don't beat Sunderland on Monday for me.Beat em and they have a chance.

Surely that would mean WINNERS are down? Which as we all know, isn't possible.

Not at all, Villa winning means a few others can go down.Newcastle would be the funniest.

Thing about Villa is they have to be 4 points above Wigan before the last match for the unthinkable to happen.
