Great win for Billy-Joe Saunders tonight - shame its going completely under the radar,

So easy to get behind someone who does the traditional route - British title, defended it against some very good fighters in good scraps and then onto world honours - how it should be done.

Lee did really well to get up from those two knock downs in that explosive third round. Showed a lot of heart.

Mitchell Smith getting beat came as a big shock i thought. Didn't see that happening.

got to be said, whoever made that fight is lucky theyre not on a manslaughter charge

Boxing matchmaking is abysmal

Yeah, you don't see such short one-sided cage fights.

Correct

That's was against a champion that hadn't been beat for 10 years, wasn't bad matchmaking, he just got caught with a bomb

That shite last night was bad matchmaking, it was on Dave and a DJ did the 'undercard'

Says it all

Nibble nibble :-)

What a load of bollocks from Tyson Fury after the Wilder fight.

Don't need or want that fake wrestling style calling people out bullshit in boxing.

Embarrassing. Fuck off!

Wilders got a dig in him

That other world champ is shite

And the wba seem to have 3 world champs

Super, regular and interim

What a nonsense

I suppose they at least have the bloke who beat the previous best holding one of their belts

The punch to the head when he was already prone on the canvas was a nice touch too.

Cowardly fucker.

Fit in well on Bradshawgate.

I like him, he doesn't have to call anyone out in his position, he just can't help himself.

Transformed the heavyweight division, and I think he'll beat Wilder after he's beaten Klitchsko again.

And to think I used to dismiss him as a no hoper.

To be fair, he looked a no hoper a lot of the time because he didn't train properly. His first fight against John McDermott stunk the place out but he seems more hungry and mature in his preparations these days.

He certainly has all the attributes to be top notch but needs to keep the dedication there to fulfil his talent

I like him, just cringed like fuck at him after the Wilder fight.

Tbf it was in America, and their simpler minds like stuff like that.

I think Wilder will unify the division

Khan's just announced he's fighting Canelo Alvarez on May 7th. Massive test.

Should be a good fight this, looking forward to it.

Must be making a packet to accept such an awful match-up. Fighting someone bigger and better than you isn't often a great career move.

So did he price himself out of the Brook fight on purpose to get this one on? Seems a very strange move.

Canelo way to big for him, fair play for taking it though and he'll make a fortune.

I suppose he's wagering that losing to top names doesn't hurt your street value all that much, whilst getting sparked by a Brit in his own weight division would make him a busted flush
