They are killing appliance offline companies like Comet and Currys so should be applauded as they are twatspanners.

I work at DRL/ao. Garty was in yesterday talking with MD. it is on the cards but isnt anywhere near done yet as wanderers facebook says.

 

one of the directors was telling me though that it is on 500k for a season as the main sopnsor, or at least thats what we have been offered. i though it was a lot more than that to be a main sponsor.

Even when we were dong well in the PL I bet we weren't getting even close to £1M a season from our sponsors - we're a Championship side now, so I reckon £500K would be a decent amount considering the lack of coverage we'll be getting.

 

Sponsorship deals for the top 4~6 clubs probably run into millions and millions of pounds per year, everybody else gets left well behind in that sort of stuff
