Brighton 3 Wanderers 1

I keep saying this, but a lot of that is down to the role he's been playing; non marking, playing the way you're facing, being sat in a natural gap etc

He's not all of a sudden our best player

As for the team, I like it for today; those of us that we're there last season know how hard it is to win the ball and then retain it; Chungy's just not suited for a game like this

Dougie has a plan; the lads have to deliver

An optimistic 1-1 for me

Settle for that.

Maybe... just maybe... Sam was the odd appointment out for a club of our size?   Sammy Lee - easy choice following Sam, but tried to change too much too quickly. Gartside removed him ASAP. Megson -

  • Freedman has never had a clue. Picks a totally different team each week and hopes for the best. Has brought in shit full backs and a terrible striker, can't wait to see the back of him.

  • yep   blind optimism has served me well so far   its hard to get suicidal about millionaires falling over.

Agree with all that, they're the right players for the game, I just hope they can fit into the right formation/system for it to work

Another draw 1-1 eagles for us.

2 pints of what you're on please

Tinker tinker tinker.

Too many changes every week. A 3-2 defeat after going 2 down inside 10 mins, before our players realise who their team mates are this week.

Few Bolton fans are currently stuck on the trains. Some poor chap has jumped in front of a train so at the moment delays are over 90 minutes. They're gonna be missing kick-off at the very least.

We are not alone!!!. Charlton fans doing what we do. Booing when not booting it. Booing when sordell and church aren't winning shite long balls.

Selfish cunt.

“@OfficialBWFC: #BWFC team to face Brighton: Bogdan, Baptiste, Wheater, Mills, Tierney, Spearing, Ream, Pratley, Chung-Yong, Eagles, Ngog”

Bit harsh on Hall to be dropped. Not displeased to see Pratley back, but I'd rather he'd replace CYL.

Been sat stationary on the train to Brighton for an hour and three quarters, just outside London Victoria. Someone jumped in front of a train at Clapham Junction just after we set off. Gonna miss the game now. Just to rub it in we'll probably win.

That's a pretty grim first post.  Sorry to hear about this  :(  I hope you get the 2nd half when we're 3 nil up

hall was always going to be dropped over CYL

hall was always going to be dropped over CYL

I hope not because it's profile over form.

hall was always going to be dropped over CYL

esp when we have to pay £2500 appearance fee

hall was always going to be dropped over CYL

Performances don't warrant it though. Can't remember the last time CYL was anything above average.

has hall been better than CYL?

ive missed that...

Has CYL warranted being a regular starter?

seeing as there's nobody better. yes.

seeing as there's nobody better. yes.

Better? On paper or performance?

I hope we aren't going down the road of a player thinking he's undroppable.

Brighton 'ravaged' by injuries and suspensions according to Talk Sport.

Come on you white men. Away from home. Pressure off.Chance to mix it up. Get the ball to eagles. No need to bomb on at every opportunity.

brighton not scored for 2 games, they will more than make up for that today with bogbrush in goal
