When this fella came in I probably the same as everybody else bought in to what he was saying. His "philosophy" of how he wants his team to play. Pressing, high tempo, ball on the deck, passing out from the back.

I'm sorry but bar fleeting periods over the last 15 months I have seen non of it and today was the most evident of it all. No pressing, allowing an away side to dictate the game with a 'hit them on the break approach' is unacceptable. Especially when we do break there doesn't seem to be any clue what to do apart from lump it up to the big lad up top and pick up the scraps

Bournemouth played some very good stuff and have their managers ideas stamped all over them. And will a little more talent could have torn us to shreds. What's our identity football wise? As I haven't got a clue.

Freedman has continuously stated the players he has aren't good enough yet the players he brought in are on the bench or in the stands?! He's never culpable and as a player if I was being hung out to dry week in week out there'd come a time where I'd think "fuck that" and this is being shown all over the park. No desire, determination or pride for the team or club.

I got told last week he lost the dressing room a month or 2 ago. But as he's the 3rd highest paid manager in the league the club are over a barrel.

I watched him for 10 minutes after it went 2-2. Stood on the touchline. Every minute or 2 Lawrence would jump up whisper in his ear freedman would nod and make a signal or adjustment. Lawrence even suggested the moritz sub.

Doesn't strike me as a fella whose in control of the team, club, himself or has any ideas on how to resolve it.

If there is a good argument to keep him I would like to hear it I think he will get the next two games but that will be it he won't turn a win out of any of them then will have to go with Phillips and lee till the end of the season

You must be on a different planet homo.

There's fuck all graft or desire in that rabble of shite.

That today was a team void of confidence,no ideas, totally in panic mode with a manager with completely no idea on how to fix it.

If I was worried about things before today,I myself am in panic mode after it.

That today was a team going down.

We can have all the grand plans in the world, steady the ship, reduce the wage bill, rid the club of high earners and let Dougie start a fresh with his own squad and ideas...all sounds very nice,in a perfect world. But this isn't a perfect world.

That team is going down I'm telling you.

The players aren't up for a relegation battle, they are simply not.

I watched our club captain walk away with head down numerous times instead of rallying his men.

Player after player unwilling to put his foot in.

A defence ridden with calamity, mid timed challenges and going AWOL time after time.

Then we have a manager that decides to protect a 2-1 lead with 35 minutes to go when the whole fucking world can see that any kind of pressure we invite,we fold like a pack of cards.

I just don't know what the answer is,the players aren't up for it,the manager can't get them up for it,can't anyone get em for it? Who knows.

What I do know is we are heading one way and one way only and not one person either player, staff or supporter can say how the fuck we are going to get out of it.

And not one fucking player came anywhere near the crowd to clap at the end.

We've all stood there in the freezing cold paying hard earned money to watch them throw away a two goal lead against Bloody Bournemouth and the cunts can't even come over to say thanks.

Not one leader amongst them.

When your a Mod, I hope you ensure this attitude changes

I agree with Gonzo totally

That not one leader point Gonzo was evident after the equaliser not one if them was animated shouting, bollocking, motivating, organising, everyone heads down hands on hips devoid

How does that change though? - even when we "lose" the high earners at the end of the season, will this change? - I'm not sure it will, something is very, very wrong. I have stuck up for DF as much as anybody! but I can't see how he can stay! and if he does and we manage to survive! I'm not sure why next season would be so much better

Just to say I hope Bournemouth floods some more. Southern cunts.

Exactly, I've been a massive DF fan, but two things two things stuck out to me today, the look of the players was one and then the substitute of Mark Davies for Medo, with Moritz and Danns on the bench, Danns being a catalysist for a lot of positives so far,

The Apathy has really kicked in when you sit down at the start of the game and think to yourself well lets get this over with then

Spot on

Just to say I hope Bournemouth floods some more. Southern cunts.

Wank statement, it's the cunts in our team and Scottish cunt manager you want to be angry at. But you'll gloss over that as per fucking normal.

How the fuck can anyone be a massive fan of DF it's beyond me.

Apathy was the word today, as flat an atmosphere as I can remember for many a year and, while it wasn't poisonous as with the Hull game that finished Megson, it was worse in a way. The whole place had the stench of relegation about it.

There was a bit of a spell in the second half where I thought the atmosphere was actually much improved on recent games, at least in NSL. Turned pretty quickly after their equaliser though.

MG billy did his best to rally the troops round us for a bit.

Top man.

Could do with his mentality on the bastard pitch.

I was impressed with him and how he approached the job Mounts,

It's not happening,it's a shame,

Nothing you need to be amazed at

Yes was slight improvement ESL too. Shame how things panned out.

george best once said of the of the 68 team

he could play in any posion better then any the player in that team

a moden day player on £1 or £20k plus

should beable to play anywere in any team in any posion

Yep, to be fair, from where I was in West Upper (where it was like a library), could hear the NSL trying to rouse things

Got texted the result when I landed at Heathrow. No surprise it was a score draw; no surprise we let a 2-0 lead slip; no surprise DF tried to defend a 2-1 lead; no surprise the players' heads went down when Bournemouth score (I noted that weeks back).

Two surprises : DF is still with us; we're not yet in the relegation places.

Doncaster, Millwall, Yeovil & Wednesday to play away; Barnsley at home. Five wins there would have us nearly safe. Now that really would surprise me.

Wednesday are the form team of the moment.

Why do we have every man back for corners yet don't put a man on the near post?

One for you stats fans ( and we all knew there a few on here)

As manager of Bolton 70 games - won 23, drawn 24 and lost 23 - giving him a win percentage of 32.9%.

As manager of Palace 92 games - won 32, drew 28 and lost 32 - giving him a win percentage of 34.8%.

This.
