Looks pretty smart, should do though for the cost. Going to be around the $1.2 billion dollar mark. Will hold around 65,000 expanding to 75,000 when required.

I lived in Brentford for 2-3 years many moons ago.

How the fook are they shoehorning a 20,000 stadium into that area ?

Brentford are moving to Lionel Road, will hold 20,000. Interesting to note it was also have a hotel integrated into the stadium, just like the Reebok.

They'll probably have similar to Brighton and encourage park and ride etc.

The guidelines now are different than when the Reebok got planning permission.

 

Now it's seen as a benefit to encourage public transport or like Brighton and hull have parking away from the ground.

 

In the 90s everything was aimed at driving to out of town facilities then that crippled town centres so theyre trying to get everyone back in to towns.
