Dawson to Bolton?

Surely that's known as an incoming?

The Premier League effectively ruined football and started the spending spiral. Which your lot voted for.

As did clubs like Oldham, Luton & Coventry, I think.

Turkeys & Christmas sprang to mind even at the time.

City ruining football with their spending :

Net spend since 2011

Arsenal: -€8,33mil

Liverpool: -€142,66mil

Chelsea: -€187,87mil

Manchester City: -€205,79mil

Manchester United: -€253,61mil

The games always been skewed to the big teams but it's just gone too far now, what's happened to Southampton is a crying shame and it wasn't for the money I wouldn't give a fuck if we never played in the premier league again.

Lescott, Rodwell?

Moritz has turned a new deal down.

Good don't know what the fuss with him was, bloated lazy cunt,no more presents like that again douggie

Didn't he do this last year?

Turn us down, shop around for a better deal, fail to find one, sign for us - and miss a good part of preseason in the process. Thus guaranteeing he wouldn't be fit of much of the season.

He'll be back in August.

I see not 1 of you picked up on the point of my post, slipping this site.

I'm sure Southampton are gutted at getting about 60 million for two players who have yet to really prove themselves.

Also look like they will sell Schneiderlin to Arsenal for 15 million+

They've made out like bandits this summer.

It never ends well for teams like that. They will spunk a load of money now on overrated shit and start sliding down the league and probably eventually get relegated.

Every player they enquire for now will be costing a good bit more.

Was it not a similar situation when Southampton bought Lambert from Bristol Rovers though?

Keith Andrews off to Sheffield Wednesday

And Lallana from Bournemouth !?!

It's as much a shame for Southampton as it was for Nigel Adkins when they binned him off when he was doing a decent job

Have we had the 'incoming' of dawson yet?

And has sordel signed for burnley yet?

Where's Walter Mity when you need him..

I see not 1 of you picked up on the point of my post, slipping this site.

I did.

Surely that's known as an incoming?

No, that is known as fantasizing.

It's not ended well for us, Tyls, and we didn't spunk a load of money on overrated shit.  Oh, wait a minute ........

And anyway we didn't have anyhting like £60m-£70m to ease the pain.
