August 5, 201412 yr I'm waiting for DannyG's conspiracy theory. I only comment on fact, not theories! My mate works for QR so I'll find out what went on. I reckon its some pissed idiot who has said something on board, nothing more. A few years ago I was at the airport checking in for a flight to Malaga and some young idiot who was checking in with 10 of his mates joked about having a bomb. He got lifted and burst out crying. I felt a bit sorry for him but understandably the airport have to treat every comment seriously.
August 5, 201412 yr Just reading that if it wasn't a hoax one thing the fighter jet could have done was shoot it down if it went off course bit harsh but the thinking is sacrifice 200 lives for the sake of a major distaster.
