paulhanley Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 How long left on his contract? Suspect this is the last year. Quote
paulhanley Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 We need to offer him a one year extension. If I remember correctly from when Coyle signed him he is on £17k a week. One year more on those terms or slightly less should be enough - as good as he's been, no other Championship side will pay him that. Quote
kent_white Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 His touch yesterday for our second goal was outstanding. If Bergkamp had done that everyone would be wanking over it. Quote

MickyD Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 His touch yesterday for our second goal was outstanding. If Bergkamp had done that everyone would be wanking over it. I said same but with Rooney as the other player the pundits wank over. Quote
EyesRight Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 The pause before the finish showed real confidence and class, Anelka-esque. Â (Not comparing Pratley to Anelka btw) Quote
jayjayoghani Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 At the risk of being Hansen-esque defending was dreadful! Quote
Walkden26 Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Fair play to Pratley he has taken a lot of abuse since signing particularly remember the friendly at Crewe when he got booed every tough and cheered when subbed. Has taken a long time but you can see now what Coyle saw to sign him. Currently one of the best players in the division. Quote
jonnycooper Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Amazing just what playing under a different Manager can do to a player!!! Take a look at the comments at the start of this thread! Quote
magic legs Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 Renaissance of Pratley, particularly how the fans are now viewing him, reminds me of the turnaround Owen Hargreaves had for England. Quote
Tyldesley White Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 I think the yellow he picked up on Saturday is his 5th so means he'll be missing for a game, does it count the FA Cup? Quote
Biggish Dave Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 I'm pretty sure the suspension kicks in at something like 7 bookings before the end of March - was this not the reason Mills played against Blackburn? I think the 5 bookings rule expired on 30th November Quote
BoltonPro15 Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 Iv found myself coming away from the last 6-7 games with nothing but praise for the guy. Â Hes been absolutely sensational since lennon came in. Even without the goals Quote
ianofcleveleys Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 Was tremendous against Blackburn, ran himself into the ground Quote
SnoopJohnnyJohn Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 Anybody else noticed all the bandages and gauze he seems to have on his arm? Looks like he's just ripped an IV out on his way to the pitch. Â Maybe he only plays well smacked off his tits? (kidding, obv). Quote
Whites man Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 Renaissance of Pratley, particularly how the fans are now viewing him, reminds me of the turnaround Owen Hargreaves had for England. And Beckham who was public enemy number one after France 98. Quote
