All i can say, he was a helper who went out of his way to provide goods to fellow people in need, these cunts are causing carnage and anybody in there path will be killed. Once the the airstrikes kick in, they will vanish.

well put, michael

anybody suggesting this brave fella in any way 'asked for it' is being very cnutish

i just hope his death is a line in the sand moment (no pun intended) and turns the vast majority of decent muslims worldwide even more against these barbarians

Im sure the majority are appalled but I think the word decent is subjective. After many years of thinking live & let live with religion & being an agnostic, now a confirmed atheist I have trouble with the ethical aspects of all religions, none more so though than Islam. This isn't the evening to get into such a debate though.

'Asked for it' and the concept of putting yourself in harms way are two different things.

This was a good man who wanted to help the displaced and helpless. There will be tens of thousands who feel similarly. Is it worth giving your life for in this most brutal and ugly way?

Presumably those people who think he deserved it also believe every one of our fallen WW1 and WW2 heroes also deserved it? They didn't have to be there did they? We need brave people who will stand up and be counted for what they believe in.

RIP Alan

I do not see that tens of thousands feel similarly. And even if they did it was him who had the courage of his convictions and the bravery to go and help. Naïve perhaps but so what? It takes bravery to do what he did. We are a nation built on the bravery and selflessness of people like Alan Henning and he should be remembered as nothing short of a hero.

Barbaric shit skinned cowardly cunts show your faces and be counted not even a race of people nuke the fuckers back to the stone age oblivion they fully deserve

I agree with N B decent muslim would be appalled is subjective we all have friends or neighbours who are of asian pakistan ethnicity , and are they really appalled by it , im not too sure not many have really shown the disgust it so rightly deserves, went to blackpool pleasure beach with my lad last sunday and I would say the asians /muslims were in the thousands , an air of superiority was abundant definitely feel the arrogance and loathing coming through them.

I know we cant tar them all with the same brush , and maybe the " Decent " people are really appalled

YTARMY not even slightly racist or have a racist agenda just disgusted by the things I have seen and witnessed in my time out and about

Saw a new video in the guardian online edition this morning of a unmasked ISIS fighter". He was of "British"  pakistani descent  and he was goading Cameron into sending ground troops who he said they would send back in coffins as they loved death more than we loved life. Fucking dirty bearded twat!

Absolutely appalling

But playing devil's advocate

If we "bomb THEM back to the Stone Age" how many Alans that live in Iraq / Syria etc get killed?

There's not many Alans out there.

Ahmeds maybe.

Fair fucks to the Muslims that work hard and contribute to society an' all that, but  the radicals remind me of the most evil aspects of Nazism, I find it ironic that UAF and other lefties sympathise with them.

Do the UAF support radical Islam then?

You'd have to ask them individually.

If your protesting a radical/extreme islam protest though, I'm unsure as to what your supporting.

Also, surely trying to stop a group of people protesting is a fascist action in itself.

I disagree - if you're going to counterprotest, that's fair enough.

I don't know anybody in the UAF so I can't ask them individually, but I'd be very surprised if any of them were there because they support radical Islam.

but do they not support soumeones right to support radical Islam? Either way, Baz is right. I find them to be far more fascist than the 'fascists'

I don't know. Like I said, I dont know any of them to ask. But if they do support total freedom of speech, wouldn't that make them the polar opposite of fascists?

They surely don't support the total freedom of speech or they'd let the far right have a voice rather than shout them down. They cherry pick who does & doesn't have a right to free speech.
