October 14, 201411 yr "Anyone who isn't excited about this appointment should probably give up with football completely. No-one is saying that it's definitely going to work out but it will make a nice change to look forward to watching our team again!" "Freedman was never right not on the first day and not on the last and nearly every day in between. Bad choice." "it's a quick realism check instead. This man is bound to improve then initially, but we've a good way to go until he can correct some of the structural errors in our team.Patience is required in a big way." This, this & this. The appointment carries risk, what magerial appointment doesn't. Ask ManU. But it's changed me overnight from not wanting to use my season ticket for home matches to probably going to Brum on Saturday. Positivity ! The man sounds inspiring, so hopefully he'll get the players inspired or (in time) replaced with ones who are.

If the manager change does as much for the mood of the players as it has done for the fans we wont be bottom for much longer.
October 14, 201411 yr It was the werthers lot who lick gartsides arsehole who applauded the last two muppets. Those who know football were dead against it Are you including yourself in that ???
October 14, 201411 yr The home games were painful under Freedman and It became a chore to go to the games and I only live 12 miles away from the Macron. I go to plenty of away games too, but I decided early on in to this season, that I wouldn't be wasting my cash following us away whilst Freedman was in charge. Lennon has only been at the club for 5 minutes and he just fills me with much more confidence and I just can't wait for our trip to Birmingham on Saturday.
October 14, 201411 yr Are you including yourself in that ??? Wit woo For what it's worth I'm impressed that gartside has managed to pull this one off Must be something underhand allegedly of course ????

October 14, 201411 yr Wit woo For what it's worth I'm impressed that gartside has managed to pull this one off Must be something underhand allegedly of course Your first reaction when Lennon was confirmed as manager was "fuck off bolton". Your opinion just 48 hours later is the exact opposite of that. That's not a sign of someone who "knows football".
October 14, 201411 yr Wit woo For what it's worth I'm impressed that gartside has managed to pull this one off Must be something underhand allegedly of course Im impressed at how quick you changed your mind. Almost as quick as you stopped following Rangers. :blum: Edited October 14, 201411 yr by Pablo

October 14, 201411 yr Or is sufficiently open-minded to see differeent perspectives That's anewman, as open minded as they come
October 14, 201411 yr Wit woo For what it's worth I'm impressed that gartside has managed to pull this one off Must be something underhand allegedly of course Lennon left a good job without compensation. He is ambitious and talented, therefore a relatively low wage with a huge incentive bonus fits what he needs and what BWFC can offer. Those applicants who were sitting on significant compensation payments would find it more difficult to accept a cut in pay.
October 14, 201411 yr That's anewman, as open minded as they come He was hoping for Hughton because of his employment between education and football.

October 14, 201411 yr . Oi you cunt my fuck off bolton was the disappointment of appointing a fella I disliked. Nothing to do with the fact that he will do well Now Ian go and mither someone else Who is this "Ian" you're obsessed with? Anyway, I'm glad you changed your mind and now like someone who you hated less than 48 hours ago. It gives me hope that we can one day reconcile our differences and make love.
October 14, 201411 yr i'm finsished with bolton never been so let down that was only 2 days ago you'll be wearing green n white by friday, fffs It's been a very traumatic last 48hrs, not helped by my Voucemail having The Sash played down it by a DMB and a Scottish mate taking the piss about having him. But I've come to the conclusion that he isn't gonna stop me supporting my club, I can't say I like him but I've had time to think and come round. I've made plenty mates at the match etc and I'm not losing that because of him. Now let's move on and beat them Brummies

October 14, 201411 yr It wouldn't have been him making you lose all that it would have been you being a tit. I've never liked him and never wanted him here, but I'm gonna live with it. I'm sure we've all in our time not gone somewhere or done something because of someone else.

Yeah, but it's the reasons for which you dislike him that make you a tit. Edited October 14, 201411 yr by Cheese
October 14, 201411 yr Yeah, but it's the reasons for which you dislike him that make you a tit. I take it you love everybody then, even the DMB's ??
