 Had this debate with numerous scots this Morning and got less of a bite than that. 
but anyway his back foot is off the ground. I saw the footage earlier from a different angle which focused on Marshall only and his only foot on the ground at time ball was struck was the front foot which was of the line. Thus he was off his line. Thus it should have been retaken. Game of inches and all that!

Oh and Matt. Will you wear an England or Scotland top on June the 18th next year??????

Foot can be level with the line and not necessarily on it.

Will happily admit I'll be supporting Scotland. Always have since well before I was old enough to know better. Probably partly influenced by my dad being something of a Scotchophile and the McGinlay/Walker partnership as I was just starting to get in to football.
