Commentators agreed with me and he would have been 1 on 1 with Joe Hart = goalscoring opportunity, regardless of distance to goal, so no I'm not making laws up, just watching the game. Their is a difference between a "goal scoring opportunity" which it may well have been and an "obvious goalscoring opportunity", which it was not.
