Vinicius jnr and his team mates not going to the ballon d’or as they found out he isn’t gonna win. Fannies

I really hope that this magnificently gifted player doesn't play the race card again as the reason for not receiving the award.

Rodri is the most 'important' player in world football.

By a mile.

Best player at the Euros by a country mile.

But I reckon Vini Jr would have won it had he not been such a massive cunt.

The fact Alexander Arnold says this is his ultimate ambition says what it is. A load of tosh. Become far too big a deal. Vini J could of been knee deep in Paris poon if he’d thought logically

Rodri is a deserved winner and he's a fantastically efficient and effective player, but that's it. Doesn't get me off my seat. Doesn't have me in awe of anything he does. I'd go as far as saying he's a bit boring to watch such is his ruthless efficiency. Like a robot.

Just another example of where top level football is now. No fun allowed.

Great player and makes it look easy

Most teams don't bother with one maverick these days because of all system and stat noncery. Modern football is generally robotic with a lot less freedom allowed. Matt Le Tissier wouldn't get a game.

Stockport thrashing Reading.

Enabled us to go 5th that as it stands. Going to be a long 10 days building up to that game against them!

Good result for the partenopei last night tomski (after a dour win against bogey team Lecce at the weekend).

Serious contenders under Conte?

Think they have to be considered now. Could be wide open this time with everyone but Roma have a chance ha

They seem to love McTominay

TBH, McTominay and Gilmour would be my worry although the wifes family are really chuffed with them. Maybe they can excel in a different environment to the PL? Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow and all that rather than full steam ahead for 90 minutes?

Kvaradona is looking imperious and seems to have grown. Lukaku is always going to get you goals with the right feed. Hope they win it but just have a hunch that there's a slight shortfall in the class required. I hope that I am wrong as I will be flying into the new(ish) Salerno airport around the end of this season and the place will be erupting like Vesuvio if another scudetto is on its way.

Feel confident about CL qualification. Inter and Juve likely to be the main stumbling blocks to winning the league.
