Thought I'd be organised and take a look at prices for Huddersfield away trains (barring any Sky rearrangements) and it's rail replacement buses into Huddersfield from Brighouse or Wakefield. Engineering works going on or something?

Great game this Lisbon City. Both finding acres of space.

Brighouse of a saturday night sounds great!

Genuinely decent!

Even I’ve not got as far as checking mid-January though, if for no reason other than the TV games aren’t out yet.

Trains and hotels booked for Wycombe and Exeter, plus trains for Mansfield. Think that’s as far as they got before pissing about with kick off times.

Yeah I've saved that list of dates Sky have to change fixtures by that you showed on twitter and it looks like Exeter is the latest away confirmed so far.

I just booked onto that as well which means it's definitely getting frozen off.

Beautiful

Remember that it is only early November matey.

The loss of Rodri could be the catalyst for your shower of whining victims mind. Who knows.

A long, long way to go yet.

Can we not mention Liverpools injury list?

I like the lad, he's a decent player, but he's not a 3100m striker and he's not the answer to United's problems, so for those reasons I hope they buy him for £100m

I wouldn't even have paid 3,100M for Messi and Ronaldo combined at the peak of their powers mate 😉

I see that he's scored a hat trick against the Massives tonight. Mind you, I know fuck all about football and greater minds than mine have already said that he couldn't cut it in the Premier League. I think we may be about to find out in the not too distant future.

Gyokeres really does remind me of the late, great Nat Lofthouse.

That's fine, 6 European cups on display, nice to let someone else have a go

Like Real Madrid for example? Chalk and cheese mate. Your lot aren't even at the races by comparison.

Yes, yes, I know full well they suffered a setback tonight. That ballon d'or thing seems to have adversely affected them.

Not often you and I agree! I think he's class, and have since my Cov supporting mates made me aware of him ages back.

They're tossing themselves blind over the sell-on fee they're supposed to get from Lisbon if (when) he moves on. I hope, for their sake, it's more than we got from Chelsea for Gary Cahill (!) 😁

I have no doubt that if we met away from here we would agree on plenty. C'est la guerre.

There are two front men I have been thoroughly enjoying watching play over the last season and a third. Obviously Gyokeres - the other is Luuk De Jong at PSV.

All sorts of contrasts. One is a veteran who is full of guile and cleverness the other a (relatively) young bull full of bustling aggression, bullocking runs, superb space finding instincts and supremely confident finishing.

I really hope that the latter (or even the former for that matter) doesn't join the antichrists. I would still be full of admiration but it would be grudging and tainted.
