jules_darby Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 Scotland V Nigeria live now on Sky 951 (BBC1 Scotland) if you are that way inclined Hutton starts RB Quote
Marc505 Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 Been watching a bit of this on the BBC website, looking at what some of the pissheads in the crowd are up to has been better than the game. I know they've made a few changes but Nigeria are in trouble if Ameobi is spearheading their attack in Brazil. Quote
jules_darby Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 The match fixing thing involving Nigeria must be true...Scotland are winning Quote
Guest Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 I wonder if some of the fans from the backward 3rd world country might disappear into the night as illegals? Quote

MalcolmW Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 Who does Nigerian lad who just scored play for? Got himself a few half chances from nothing earlier, great attitude. He is contracted to Venlo in the Dutch second tier, but last season was on loan at Heerenveen, 6th in the top tier. 3 appearances, 0 goals. Quote
gonzo Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 I've voted for Owen Coyle http://m.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/sport/blackpool-fc/pool-fans-vote-on-next-manager-the-results-1-6642930 11 percent of the votes. Nice work. Bit of surprise at how many OC got on avftt. Haha Quote
Marc505 Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 Reports that Lampard and David Villa are about to sign for New York City. Was sure Id see Lampard in a QPR shirt next season. Quote
Con Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 Reports that Lampard and David Villa are about to sign for New York City. Was sure Id see Lampard in a QPR shirt next season. Could still happen(?) They dont enter the MLS til next march. Could well join qpr until March to make up his wage! http://prosoccertalk.nbcsports.com/2014/05/31/frank-lampard-to-nycfc-david-villa/ Quote
Marc505 Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 Oh yeah I didn't think of that, nearly a full year till they even start playing, maybe QPR will be willing to top up his pocket money till NY start playing their first warm up games! Quote
Smiley Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Lambert gone to Liverpool. Didn't see that one coming. Quote
EyesRight Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Lambert gone to Liverpool. Didn't see that one coming. I expected them to hang fire on this with the Lallana deal stalling, and then buy Lambert for more than he's worth. This would cover some of Lallanas cost, and avoiding Southampton losing money due to sell on clause to Bournemouth. Bit like Monaco did with Porto with Rodriguez and Mouthinho, I think? Quote

I know that was the plan, whether they followed through with it. I'm not sure. Quote

Pablo Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 They are in danger of becoming good. Obviously going for it again. Nah, while they are making crazy signings like the Spanish kid, they will keep failing. Just as mad as anyone spending £30 million on Shaw. Quote
gonzo Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Oyston backs out of Paul Hart deal apparently. He's interviewed that Riga fella that left Charlton today. Quote
