I think your confused there. His father was a granddad while still playing, not Eidur (his son is now 16 though).

 

Eidur has a massive incentive behind his comeback. Iceland have a real chance of qualifying for Euro 2016 and he wants to get a piece of the action.

If you read the thread about him coming quite a few raised doubts, so far he ain't set the world on fire, but he has shown glimpses, him and Heskey are plugging gaps and playing longer and sooner then people expected but tha reflects the number of injuries we have.

Don't see the issue with Heskey. He will ultimately be an impact sub for us once Davies is fit.

 

But let's face it,, Craig Davies is just a willing runner and pair of legs. He will learn a lot from Emile who was a far better player than Davies will ever be. Not dissing Craig but he is a very limited player. Heskey whilst not brilliant is surely good enough as cover for this league and I suspect age and energy aside a better player than Craig Davies still......
