In the pool, awful.

Didn't sleep for 2 days.

Poor Bastard

Great to get a big gay pile-on from WW over there.

I've muted the idea to our Maud. Don't think she's up for it, but wouldn't stop me.

i am looking at sorting something over the next couple of months.

itinerary of the tour not great but always wanted to go to the Wanderers and thats mid Jan. No test before Xmas either, first one is in Durban starting on Boxing Day.

Doubt i can manage the full month of Jan off so toying between boxing day (Durban) and New Year tests (Cape Town) both Coastal or the JoBurg and Pretoria in Mid Jan which would incorporate my birthday.

not the easist on paper to plan.

Any advice or anyone got any plans afoot?

We drove from Durban to Cape Town. Took a couple of days but well worth it if you want to see things other than cricket grounds and big city drinking establishments.

I'd suggest Durban & Cape Town. Drive between the two or part fly part drive which we did.

smiley speak to scooby doo iam sure he's on about going next year for the cricket

Yes, sit with him at match and he's mentioned it.

KLF have some decent prices, via the Dam.

Toying with the idea of going out Boxing Day to Joburg, doing  safari then off to Cape Town for the test.

I think she's warming to the idea...

Leaving Boxing Day night until 12 jan if anyone fancies a beer and a braai

Got hotels booked for both Cape town and Durban. Just hoping flight prices will drop a bit. Best we can get is £700 with Turkish airlines.. Well other than flying with Saudi and having 12hrs+ stuck in a dry transit lounge in Jeddah which could be done for £384!

Got it booked. Decided to go for Turkish Airlines. £659

Best trip of my life. Put it on your bucket list chaps.

I don't have a bucket list as I'm going nowhere.

South Africa 63-2 off 59 overs

Proper cricket

86/3 off 99 overs. I've got it on in the office and can hardly contain myself. Sensational. Geoffrey Boycott will be masturbating himself into a froth.  Any batsman who's ever made the excuse of playing his natural game for getting out should be watching and learning. De Villers once got 149 off 40 odd balls, now he's 21 not out off 176.
