Pablo Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 cant be arsed digging you tell me Pablo? Local "gangsters" held his uncle, till he dropped his transfer request.....once he did and signed a new contract, his uncle was released and his protection money was doubled. Quote
anewman Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 His uncle owed them huge amounts of money from gambling Quote
radcliffe white Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 not disputing that didn't happen but that's pretty lame and Gerrard is a fucking pussy for letting some Scouse gangsters rule his life Quote
Pablo Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 Its quite common in Liverpool, something similar with Rooney. They had a kangaroo court, with mob bosses as jury to decide on his getting out of his contract with previous agent. Quote

gonzo Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 Fantastic player. Inspirational captain and leader. Up there with the best IMO and along with giggs and Lampard as most consistent premier league players. He single handedly dragged his team of also rans to a champions league trophy by the way. Proper premier league legend IMO. Quote
