Youri McAnespie Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Every year the superstitious spaniards of the town of Mariconés drag a donkey to the top of their bell tower, they then toss it off. Who pays for the donkey? Us, via payments to the EU... Quote
overseas Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 (edited) I take it you don't pay for any insurance policies then? Please post your full page downside of the EU. why do you ask for insurance policies? is there actually some item of light from EU then? cheaper insurance? If that is so then I hardly think it is beneficial of 30 million pounds per day. Also I could post a full three pages of the downside of the EU, as you know. some of them have already been concisely outlined and are enough for now. there are many more . (lights in tunnels from EU are usually trains , dont go into the light ) Edited May 5, 2015 by overseas Quote
Redmond Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Doesn't the nation prosper from lots of jobs created due to being in the EU. This is the main driver for me? No. Shut up. We pay 30 million a day and get NOTHING in return. Absolutely nothing. Quote
Guest Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Oh come on. Just name ONE "sovereign right" we've given away to the EU... OK, JUST ONE http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/9d9c6d3a-4a43-11e4-bc07-00144feab7de.html#axzz3ZI7llFX6 Quote

Redmond Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 you mean I am getting cheaper car insurance from being in the EU? dont get me wrong I admit I am ignorant of the EU ins and outs and am all ears No. You are under the impression we get no financial return from being a member of the EU, and therefore we shouldn't pay to be a member. Car insurance is something you get no financial return from, yet you still pay it. It is a crap analogy, but you are making a crap argument. Quote

I am obliged to pay car insurance, it isnt a choice, and I want car insurance for my protection. I dont understand this analogy. Quote
overseas Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Does anyone know, wether all the immigrants that come into the UK whom have never paid anything into the pension pot, if they immediately qualify for a pension? or do they get their pension paid for from EU? Quote

mickbrown Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 They say Labour aren't explaining where the money will come from therefore if they don't know, can Labour be trusted.Odds on they'll spend more if they aren't prepared to put bones on it. They have also said the same about the Tory's. Quote
overseas Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 War. Economic crises. Terrorism. What does your car insurance protect you from? But being in the EU will cause war, it is causing economic crises and terrorism is happening more than ever. Quote

overseas Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 (edited) How will being in the EU cause war? Because individual countries will disagree with others, for an example of it happening at the moment look at Germany and Greece. and also, how many bailouts have Greece had? it is madness. also, Germany will end up controlling it all. tyldesley_white Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 But being in the EU will cause war, it is causing economic crises and terrorism is happening more than ever. Seeing you seem to know fuck all about the EU how do you come to the conclusion that it will cause a war And believe you me terrorism has been around a lot longer then the EU and I would a lot worse than it is now Quote

The EU means individual countries can disagree with each other WITHOUT going to war. Has Germany declared war on Greece? What the fuck are you talking about? Quote
