He was out for a large part of last season with a broken shoulder.

 

The two seasons before that he was West Hams top goal scorer.

 

He's a premier league captain and has won two promotions from this divisions also as captain.

 

Our biggest problem of late has been leadership and complete lack of testicles anywhere in the team.

 

If it happens it I will be amazed. This could be the difference.
