Danns is a waste of space at the moment. Hes a walking yellow card who just consistently gives the ball away. Vela or spearing need to replace him.

 

Prince and Dervite solid again. Developing a good partnership. Full backs weak today but Antonio was not at his best so we got away with it.

The idea of the song is understandable

 

Getting them to do one chorus and repeating it over and over without thinking it will grate is just fucking stupid

Impressed with madine! Really! The guy is shite, if we play with him all season we will go down. All we did for most of the game was hit long balls up to the stump,when we decided to play and get round the back of them we looked good. Clough is a totally wasted talent playing along side this guy. Not impressed with lennons tactics today they were there for the taking and the penalty was a joke.

Apart from the penalty I thought Madine did ok.

if he played every game this season I don't think he would score 10 goals, if you're all happy with him then fine,imo clough will suffer playing along side him.

I don't know whether it was Madine not getting it too Clough or Clough not reading Madine but it didn't look good and Prince hit some poor balls out of defence.

Thing with Madine is it didn't matter how many headers he wins if the second ball isn't landing at a white shirt its a waste of time. Danns looked either fucked or not arsed at times. We desperately need a striker. Prince was brilliant and dervite should have buried that header.

 

As well as a striker we need a midfielder with a bit about him. We are way too small in the middle. Pratley will be massive for is when he comes back.

Prince is a beast, he's gonna be a great signing. Liked the look of Silva too, he will get better with a few more game but will get kicked a lot.

 

Relief to finally score, we'll bang a pan full next week now. Wasn't a brilliant game but should still have won. That's 1 back for Colin Cooper 20 years ago. Yes, I bear a grudge

On a side note, coming up Lostock Lane I think it's called, Indian restaurant at the top, there looked to be a fella layer out in the road having CPR. If anyone knows who it is, best wishes to him, hope he pulls through. Didn't look good though
