I believe the net cash figures that Eddie summarised yes, and that it has come from his other businesses.

 

Since towards the end of the Allardyce era we have spent massively beyond our means, that's how we stayed up there. That cash came from somewhere and now it doesn't. I don't see why it is that hard to believe.

That opinion was partly based on my view failure to sign a striker would lead to us struggling in the league leading to lower crowds and less cash coming into the club ultimately his choice to not speculate has got us where we now are, said it before but sometimes you have to invest a little to protect your assets. He failed to do that and he's now reaping what he's sowed.

That sort of thinking is partly what has got us into this mess in the first place!

I do agree with you. And I hope the non-playing staff get paid before anything else is paid.

 

However you cannot force someone to keep putting cash into a failing business, which is sadly what BWFC is now, until the money going out decreases or the money going in increases.

So "technically" it's not up to Eddie to resolve the staff not being paid this month, because the club is a Limited company? Technicalities might sit comfortable with some people, but not with me.

Yet another embarrassment and I feel really sorry for the loyal staff who once again have to worry about their jobs and incomes because of incompetent shit houses like our much missed ex Chairman (is that cunt still getting paid?) and board who ran the club day to day. How much did Eddie know  about how his money was wasted after relegation, nobody knows. He is going to end up hated which is very unfortunate after backing us in the prem.

No it hasn't, what's got us here is gross mismanagement on an epic scale, strong and sensible reduction of overheads after relegation together with better management of the 500 million pound of sky money should have left us with a legacy or a platform to bounce back fans questioned PG who sneered in the face of them, dismissed them as fools, it's now patently clear who the fools were. Now when a little bit of investment is needed it's all been pissed up the wall. The pair of them have brought this club into disrepute, they were guardian and custodians of our club and could see the finances clearly and failed the club, the fans and the town on an unprecedented scale. my last comment on these 2 incompetents.
