There's absolutely no doubt the BWSA will want their involvement, to come and do fuck all, and if voted in then so be it. Hence they should hold their horses, they could be upsetting people before the actual supporters have been appointed.

what has the BWSA got to do with ST 2 different groups with 2 completely different reasons for existence. I think time is of the essence the trust need to push forward on all fronts the elections will happen soon but they shouldn't stop asking questions of the owners and the FL it's vital work and the ST right to challenge and ask these questions. Ii really don't understand what the problem is with the trust trying to get answers to what looks a dogs dinner of a football club.

Rome wasn't built in a day, it all takes time but I'm very happy with the progress and direction the ST taking. No other group in my 40 years as a Wanderer has challenged what's going on at the club we have been subservient group of fans for too long it's time for a shake up its exactly what's needed.

That's possible but I think the trust is engaging fans who are not in the BWSA, how many members in the SA? 2-300? 10 times more in the trust so they'd be lucky to get maybe 1 member on the board.

For the record that story doesn't say we have any money as such; it says 2 things:

 

1) there is a buy back option on some stuff we sold; that's just stating a clause in a contract

 

2) we financed badly cos we were desperate;this could free up funds if we can renegotiate...it's like taking a shit mortgage rate cos you have a tiny deposit; then when you have some equity, you go back and get a better deal

I take a pretty neutral view on the trust even though I have joined I feel the election process is taking far too long .I don't know any of the people involved & haven't got any factional axe to grind.Is it likely anybody from this site will stand for election ? or will it just be lobbing bricks from the outside ? Genuine question .

I didn't realise the steering group was now up to about 30

 

I know one or two folk know of a couple of the members but I honestly haven't knowingly seen any of em in my life
