Its all about the going concern statement which says that the accounts are prepared on the basis the the business will continue trading for the foreseeable future.

 

Remember these accounts cover 2014-15 season, the new owners have no other reason to hold them back as they weren't in control of the club then.

Don't shoot the messenger but report in the bn claims there could be cash flow issues next month. Supposedly this can be avoided if ken buys out deano. Don't understand why this would solve issues and it doesn't give an explanation.
