Doesn't Mandaric now own another European club? Are there rules around multi-ownership?

The constant speculation is tiresome. Hopefully they want a quick answer because they can see that we are facing certain relegation if something doesn't happen quickly.

according to Bolton news yesterday there was 2 consortiums in the picture and all that was holding it up was the future HRMC liabilities.
