So Euxton hasn't been sold yet.......and Wigan could be the most likely buyers if/when it's sold

Euxton being sold will make me sad. I know its crazy but I spend quite a bit time at the driving range next door and seeing player rock up to knock a few balls stills provides me (at least) with a link to the club.

It beggars belief that Wigan have had same problems as we have relegation even lower crowds than us yet are still in a position to buy our training ground outbid us for players and have none of the issues going on around the club, yet folk call Whelan and yet laud Eddie Davies, I know who I'd rather own us. I'll pop a bottle of champers when Davies and the rest of the cronies leave the club for the last time.

Iles talks like Administration is likely. So we sell the players, pay the tax man and go into administration. Get bought for a £1 and start again next year.

If they could buy the Bolton training ground and get planning permission for houses at Charnock they'd make millions, Wigan owned by a shrewd operator were run by fuckwits it's as simple as that.

I thought the only reason for them moving was that they wanted a bigger site to bring the academy and first team into 1 big complex? As we know that's not possible, we've had to develop lostock

 

With regards to planning at charnock, I don't think they'll get it anytime soon. The Camelot development a few hundred yards away has been plagued with planning issues.
