To be fair Marr probably didn't realise. Yeah fair play though - he's definitely lying.

If I was in Marr’s position, I’d have done thorough research on the Iranian affair before asking the questions.

It seemed quite a tame bit of questioning by him.

 

What’s your thoughts on Corbyn’s proposal re the 8,000 houses for the homeless ?

Surely, they can’t just be given them for free ? If so, half the country will become homeless and hope to get one.

I think they should be built in the style of fancy bins - like Top Cat's in that advert (without a pool table)...Then there'd be shelter for the needy with just enough stigma to deter the undeserving - next.

Yeah that one seemed a bit odd when he said it. I do agree something has to be done about the numbers sleeping rough - but the 8000 plan wouldn't work. Unless you were turning a percentage of them into hostels.

I quite like Angela Rayner and Andy Burnham. I've mixed feelings about Jeremy Corbyn. On the other side I've always admired Kenneth Clarke and I still think the tories missed a trick not picking Andrea Leadsom.

I wasn't saying he did, how could I, I didn't see it! What Im saying is that he should be tested on his thoughts around Venezuela.

 

He was singing the praises of Venezuela's socialism, until it collapsed and fails to denounce them.

Now, Brexit. He may/not have been clear, but many cleverer commentators than me consistently ask, as Labour's policy on Brexit as is seems to change with the wind.
