Never answer a question with a question. I spelled out what I thought would be reasonable terms the other day in quite a lot of detail. 

It's not been discussed in 3 years because the collective strategy was to grind Russia down economically and hope that they sue for peace. 

That's been blown out of the water!

What you thought would be reasonable now didn’t happen over the last 3 years, this is my point. If America are to withdraw their funding (I don’t think get will) will Europe and Ukraine be able take a realistic deal to Putin?

If yes then why have they waited so long? 

If no then what?
