 I'm sat on the Fence regarding Giggs, don't really want him but excited if we do get him, willing to back him if he is appointed.

I feel he'd be much the same appointment as  McGovern / Neil back in the 80's

Other than being a tremendous player in his day - and the fact that he might attract a few players, he would be a massive gamble. If it was him, he'd need to have some experience behind him as part of the package.

Do the bookies just pluck random names out of a hat then put massive odds next to them in the hope punters stick a wedge on them before reducing the odds when bets slow down, before picking another name out of the same hat and starting again?
