Thanks for banging on about it. We're all eternally grateful for your insight

  • I like how they have voted Chris Powell as their first choice.   Not many clubs can say they have had two black managers in a row.

I'd actually completely forgotten he was ever at Wigan! :-)

Oh ello he's off.

Nurse, mi pills, can't find mi pills!

Owen Coyle was a good player for us at an exciting time for the club. As a manager I lost patience with him because we couldn't defend. However having Muamba and Holden in midfield covered a multitude of problems for a while. When we lost them he'd no answer - but I still can't think of him too badly.

He'll struggle to sort Blackburn out - they're a car crash.

I really didn't realise how much the Venky's despised the Blackburn fans with this appointment. It will end in tears!

Pretty much sums up where I'm at. Nothing against him, he's just a poor manager

He wasn't a very good player for us imo.

Apart from a couple cup goals in the white hot times and the play off goal he was pretty shite.

Massive 48 hours

Giggs in?

Giggs in?

Tell you what, I think that could work.

A gamble, clearly, but so is every other candidate.

Giggs is likely to attract respect and know of any local talent we can get.

On the other hand, he's a filthy red cunt who'll bang anything that walks.

GiggsIn/Out

Owen Coyle wasn't a good player for us, lets have it straight. He was well liked, but not rated.

Giggs and the Class of 92. Could see it working really well.

I'm sure he'd be a fans favourite.

Owen Coyle wasn't a good player for us

Correct, he was a bit shit really

Every time i see Giggs he reminds me of Phil Neal next to Graham Taylor.

I dont see him ever being a decent manager.

Difference for coyle might be the coaching team Irvine and Kelly are staying so those shitbags Stewart and Davis can't fuck them up

Gigg's in

I've just had £50 on

If coyle wasn't a very good player why did 90% of an away stand at Burnley chant his name?

Cos they're idiots?

I'm guessing you were too young to watch him? I can only remember 2 goals against Gretna, that goal at Wembley and one against Wolves where he confused everyone including himself. He was shit, popular lad as he ran about a lot and smiled, but shit.

Never forgive him for west brom at home, 2-0 up with ten minutes to play against a team who had fuck all to play. Agree with Carlos he wasn't very good as a player, the Mr nice guy kept him going

He was a really nice guy... Really approachable as a player and a manager. Shame really

Spot on.

Without McGinlay around he'd have been forgotten about years ago.

Totally agree with Carlos

Why did loads of our fans sing "Ginger Mourinho" ?
