Ken Anderson Interview...

Did anyone hear it on radio Manc?

Sure somebody has a link but it was a great listen.

In short, the next accounts will be grim reading as they are from the previous regime.

We no longer need to spend ridiculous fees employing one the biggest accountants in the country.

The club is looking for investment and has had plenty of interest from Asia but the club is not up for sale and can survive no problem without it. Ant investment is for the club not KA's pocket.

It was good listening.

I wish Cheese would quietly go about his business

At what point did he state that the assumptions were obvious facts?

He didn't. I didn't say he "stated" anything.

Correct.  You used 'portrayed'. Don't see much difference meself. Semantics again. Try a bit of Chomsky flower, he'll see you reet.

I listened to it whilst I was watching the players warm up at the Macron.

Thought he was very clear in what he was doing. It sounded like the interview went on a lot longer than the radio intended.

They now have picked up on the foreign investor angle, which wasn't really a major part of it. He said he had many calls from what he called "tyre kickers". Then he said he wasn't interested in selling his shares, but was interested in the potential foreign investment with regards to issuing more shares i.e. not selling but brining on board.

The lack of a question of his relationship with Dean Holdsworth was notable, and whilst I don't think they agreed it before hand, I think GMR realised they were onto a good interview and don't want to spoil further interviews later on. Just boxing clever really.

I was impressed with his honesty about failure to lift the embargo. Very few would admit to failure ever.

I too was not sure of him at the start, but am more and more impressed.

No mither fella. No mither at all.

What's going on here.

The standard procedure is to threaten to knock the fuck out of Cheese

Nobody stepping up to the plate.

I declare Cheese cock of wandererers ways

In fairness to the lad he knew he was out of line and got pwned so got back in his box. :) Internet threats (or real world) not my style.

I liked the bit where S.K said we had signed 12 players and we are still under the wage limits set by the embargo. Means we must have done some bloody good negotiating for the players brought in and fleeced Cardiff for Amos.

Hopefully they have negotiated bonuses with players too - minimum or no bonuses as the season goes on in return for a heftier promotion bonus

I must admit I had major misgivings when he took over but he's making me eat my words at every step. Long may I continue to be proved a clueless twat who knows nowt! :-)

That'll be me too.

Sorry I mentioned sweaty at all now.

Accept my sincere apologise Sir Kenneth

Henceforth to be known as 'Sir Kenneth of Rightguard'

Well just in case it happens, and I can't see it, may I be the first to declare my suspicions about him and that I knew from day 1 he had his greasy fingers in the till.

I recommend listening to that if anyone hasn't. Our club looks to be in good hands.

I really hope deanos not been given the elbow and is in fact letting them get on with it in the best interests of his investment and saving a salary.

As long as we're cracking on and he's not involved, quite frankly I couldn't give a shiny shit about the wife beating, open goal missing, slimy, southern Wanker.

However, if he's somehow contributing behind the scenes in any way (including saving a salary), then I'm fully behind the lovable cockney, ex super striker, all the way

:)

Deano's investment is zero, he has not put a penny in.

hes got shares, I think Ken said yesterday

Whatever level of involvement Deano has had, it's certainly been a positive one. So I don't think anyone should be having a downer on the lad?

Couldnt agree more

Aye even if all Deano did was get Sweaty Ken interested then he's done a bang up job

He's my favourite wife beating Londoner :)

Deano thought he'd be running the show. Seems he's been shafted a bit. Probably a blessing in disguise given Ken seems to have a handle on things.

Deano thought he'd be running the show..

How do you know that?
