September 8, 20169 yr Just been watching some of the heats in the pool. Didn't realise that there are 152 swimming events over two genders (with one mixed relay), across 14 classification and four strokes that will be contested during these games! I make that 17024 events, each with heats and finals. How the hell are they going that lot done and dusted in 10 days or am I missing something??!! Edit, they've just explained that many classifications don't have an event so it is only 152 events with heats and finals doh!
