  • That was Arnar Gunnlaugsson.

  • His Dad was coach otherwise he would have been in a Sunday league team somewhere. I've heard better things about his coaching ability though so he could turn out to be a shrewd appointment.

  • Think he had shorts on today on the touchline. Based on that I reckon he's a shit manager and will fail

He was before my time Warren Joyce but he seems to be remembered quite fondly. Was he decent for us?

Some of us used to refer to him as "puffing Billy"

IMO he used to rat around midfield looking busy and achieving fuck all.

He stood out in our midfield in the shittiest team I think I have seen, but he put 100% in every game  - He was excellent when a drop ball meant two players going at it hell for leather, not this "After you Claude" mentality that is in our game now

That's how I remember him, always put the effort in.

He is Cunty McCuntface now though, and has been for several years.

he ran like he was wearing flippers..............100% although he was no Steve Thompson.

He ran like he was wearing blinkers head down bull in a china shop never got his head up . United now the pies he can get fucked .

Can't say I've really given him a thought for nearly 30 years.
