Saw them tour their last album at the academy

Alongside Kasabian, Supergrass and Prince as one of the best gigs I've seen there

Huge anticlimax. The Cure - Disintegration won out of well over 1000 entries. Beat Joy Division in the final. 

Toots is in intensive care with Covid apparently, latest single came out last week and some decent stuff on the new LP.

I think I read pretty much the same on the Facebook group. I wouldn't know myself. Never listened to any of their stuff other than what has been played on the radio.

Get on Guy Gurveys From the Vault on Sky Arts . Some amazing early footage. 

Doves new album is a belter, if you're into that sort of thing.

A couple of episodes in now actually, its really good and done a bit differently than the usual stuff.

This documentary about the folk singer/guitarist Nic Jones is brilliant. I only discovered him a couple of years ago, and I've never been into Folk Music, but he was fantastic. Had a car crash that ended his career in music just as he was about to get big on the Folk scene. Tragic but beautiful stuff. A living Legend.
