I don't know if it's been mentioned on here already. But Widow's Bay is really good.

It's a creepy horror type thing - but with the same writers as Parks and Recreation so very funny in parts. Well written and very well acted too.

Don't generally watch much TV but this is excellent 👌

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

short netflix doc

Murdaugh Murders

just watched second series (both 3 episodes)

very good

The Witness on Netflix about the Rachel Nickell murder. Very good.

Tip Toe C4.

Just finished Tip Toe, thought it was really good. Top casting and a difficult watch at times.

The Kevin Bridges doc, In Search of the Beautiful Game, was quite good the other night, as was the Gareth Southgate one last night

Couple of eps into Legends on Netflix, Steve Coogan and others, decent so far

Widows Bay

what a load of

SHIT

Season 2 of

Sugar

The Agency

have just dropped

I'll Find You.

Not started it yet but getting good reports.

Started the new House Of The Dragon. Decided to watch the last episode of the last series again just to get properly tuned in.

finally finished The Boys

enjoyed it all the way through

happy with how it ended

could whiff the anti government sentiment the more it went on

10/10

if you've not seen it you should

We watched all of I’ll Find You.

It’s a decent watch but I prefer Harrell Cobens when they are UK based with less shoot outs and car chases and also Michelle Keegan is usually involved which is always a win.

They were filming the next one just down the road from ours a few weeks ago.

If you can be arsed , pick up the 12 graphic novels . A lot different to the tv series ...much more sex and violence and more satisfying conclusion . Plus all the backstories for the characters , and brutally savage against the Yank government , obviously toned down by a USA TV company funding it .

Has anyone watched Bookie on HBO.

It's about an illegal bookmaker in the USA.

20 minute episodes. Very funny.

Cheers mate. I'll be giving that a go.

Ah I love that show, especially the episodes up around the Peak District and into Manchester.

Great hangover viewing, too.

S3 of House Of The Dragon is good if you like that sort of thing.

It's not good. Some reviewer said it was like a kid's programme on at tea time or a poor Dr Who type spin off. I also think Ruth Madeley's performance is pretty disappointing tbh. How it got scheduled for prime time BBC is beyond me. It's crap

Binge watched both series of The Undeclared War on C4 (S2 on now), enjoyed it, caper about GCHQ, hacking, cyber espionage etc. Good cast.

Just finished Fearless on Netflix. Binged it in last two nights and would recommend.

Finally got round to trying Better call Saul again. Up to season 2 now. I like it but it's still pretty slow paced and I'm not seeing (yet) what the fuss was.

You need a sense of humour pal. Maybe not for you this show.
