  • Ah, those lads who wanted their country back , upset by foreigners who came over on boats pinching  all the houses and land and changing the native culture and not assimilating into it.  thought you

  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Haha.

It was pretty good.  Miles off the likes of The Wire and Breaking Bad though.

That series were they were supposed to be in Ireland was a fatal blow to it's credibility.

yep, pure horse shit

Just start from series 3 and forget they are related

There's no continuity or anything

You'll get the general gist

Will try doing that then. 👍

Greed is at Gorilla next year. The most random gig I think I've ever seen.

That series is that bad it takes away from Charlie Hunnams abysmal acting and even worse accent.
The best shows don’t have bad series.
That’s why Breaking Bad The Wire, Sopranos are in their own league.

Better call Saul and Ozark may just make the grade once they’re done

Jed Mercurio so it's gonna be good.

Tried The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. Just change Rome for Washington DC and it's virtually The Da Vinci Code all over again. Binned it 1.5 episodes in.

Due to the shout outs on here, we started Chernobyl again last night.  Just as good the 2nd time around.  Another recco too for the accompanying podcast.

It continues in the same manner.

Yeah, I'll not bother with the rest of it

Watching This Way Up just for Aisling

This was a good watch if you can get it on a dodgy box somewhere. Not sure it's been picked up by a channel here yet?

Finished money heist last night

Great ending

Top Gear.

4 million pound Aston Martin...

4 million pounds.

Edit: and has anyone been watching the GT Cup races at Donnington? Thinking of taking the lad next year but if it's an absolute shite day I'll not bother.

120mph in 3rd gear. Like me when I have 20 visits to do spread out all over Bolton and I need to finish work on time

Gomorrah is back soon, all episodes available 18th December.

Great stuff!!

Watched 2 out of 3 episodes of Social Media Murders last night. Lad from Holmes Chapel and girl from Essex who was killed in NZ whilst backpacking. Bloody hell. Sad to watch and shit scary if you have kids of an age using their phones constantly.

Succession was just fantastic last night. I'm going to keep banging the drum for this as one of the best series of all time - right up there with the very best. Funny, dark, brilliantly acted, written pproduced. If you are not watching you are missing out.

And for balance - enjoying the 9th series of Below Deck. A programme to get you through the dark winter months.

Not watched Outlaw yet but stumbled across Outlaw whilst flicking through iPlayer

Thought "he looks like a younger Christopher Walken but it won't be him alongside Stephen Merchant"

But it is

I'm not sure about watching it in case it's shit and I'll be really disappointed

Yeah, I watched the Holmes Chapel one. Sad story and a reminder of how mad social media could be, but I felt the actual program lacked substance.
