  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Anyone started this Wheel of Time yet? Any good if you have?

I've done 3 episodes, not decided yet but feels a bit more for kids than it should do at the mo.

Dear BBC Bastards

First time writer, long time viewer.

The BBC used to be the cornerstone of Christmas telly, full to the brim with films, specials, comedy shows.

I would look forward to getting the radio times

What have you got on this year? Mrs Bastard BrownsBoys

TWO SPECIALS

Who the shitting crikey is watching this, let alone calling out for it.

You would have thought after years of hiding nonces and scandals you’d repay the British public with some decent Christmas telly

TWO SPECIALS

Fuck me I don’t know how much my tv license is but I’d imagine it’s more than Netflix

Shove it up your arse

Christmas TV is shit these days. My fave Christmas specials are the royle family ones (older ones, not the one where they are at Dave and Denise's) that was turd.

I'd happily watch Only Fools all day on Christmas Day

Going to watch Chernobyl... Is it better to listen to each podcast before or after the relevant episode?

Yep agree. Watched Chernobyl twice so far and listened to the podcast each time

If you listen before you’ll spoil it. They explain in detail the stuff that went on. Utterly fascinating

Streamable whenever.

Just watching ep 1 now.

Will make a start over the weekend, thanks for the help lads.

Invasion has got better and better.

Started Cobra Cyberwar last night. First two episodes were alreet.

YellowJackets started ok, bit like Lord of the files meets Alive

Watched the first two episodes so far of Get Back

Quite liked The Beatles. Never a massive fan. Bit meh and pleasant to the ear. Always thought of McCartney as a bit of a dick but nowt to be that bothered about

Blimey!! The way that they develop the songs and the way that they messed around with various songs. I’ll happily withdraw any previous criticism I put on here of them. Absolute perfectionists

Only watched Episode 1.

Was saying to my Mrs - how I loved Gimme Some Truth - but didn’t think I’d ever heard The Beatles version - as the Wonderstuff did a great job with covering it. Been on Spotify this morning and it looks to me like they never recorded it - Lennon kept it for himself. Still good to hear them belting through an early version of it.

Do you listen alongside the episodes like the old DVD director's commentary, or separately?? Ta

I definately recommend listening to each podcast after each episode, they really are very good. Great shout, I never knew they existed 👍

This

Watch each episode then listen to the relevant podcast episode. They explain things which I won’t spoil for you. They also have a really good conversation at one point as to why they didnt have everyone speaking in faux Russian accents

The Lakes with Simon Reeves. 3 episodes.

Interesting, informative and gives an insight to all different aspects of everyday life in the area that doesn't get much coverage it deserves.

Excellent watch.

The office on bbc2. I will never ever get bored of this show.

Irvine Welsh's 'Crime'. Very good with John Simm playing a baddie for a change.
