Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

well the self appointed bit has some credence so I suppose those of us left in the trust will have to try to change things at the next election , maybe get people elected who will cut Anderson some slack without being stuck up his jacksy.

I think if people are against the idea of a trust then whatever it does will attract brickbats from them .

My only reason for being in it is because ad nuseam it could be the survival vehicle of last resort , I know Sluffy & the awkward squad will contest that it wouldn't make any difference but I am willing to give it a shot because heyho they certainly wont be able to do jack shit.

Spot on again, sluffy and the awkward squad would be better employed fighting from within to get a Trust that they are happy with that they won't means their viewpoint falls on deaf ears and that's a shame but hey ho thats their loss.

I'm going to be awkward and ask you again. Why do this group of fans think they have a mandate to speak on behalf of other fans? Why them and not another similarly sized group of supporters?

Anyroad, what can you do from within the trust? I should join and use my vote should I?

Nice idea an all that but pointless seeing as they just appointed themselves without elections.

I'm not against a trust, should the worst happen, all avenues should be explored. I am however against everything this trust, our trust, has done.

Messrs Izza, Bowers et al do not represent me in any way, shape or form. I'd fully back KA if he banned them from the stadium.

I've had my issues with the way the Trust was going luckily i was invited to meet them and get my views across and certain things that I mentioned were acted on and I feel it's helped in a small way to make the Trust better. I'm not sure what another fans group would achieve it would be better in my opinion to use the Trust as a vehicle to get your opinion heard. As it stands the Trust need to encourage new blood with a variety of differing opinions stand for elections this they are trying to do and hopefully they will succeed in getting new folk onto the board who have a variety of skills and range differing views.

In my opinion if the current board is not freshened up and only the current board members are re-elected it'll not be good for the Trust as it has to continue to change and have that broad church of differing opinions to be successful and represent as many of the fans as possible.

Putting aside everything else, don't you think the ST should have by now made public their congratulations that the embargo has finally been lifted?

They haven't of course.

Their silence is deafening.

The trust needs an injection of democracy if it is to survive , sending out questionnaires regarding attitudes to club matters is insufficient .

The majority opinion might be quite different from that gleaned from the current board incumbents.

Those more supportive of Anderson need to make their views known & maybe get elected ultimately reigning in the more negative elements.

If a trust exists it should at least be a broad church & not a cabal.

Will you be standing for election onto the board Mounts?

Not really it's been just over 6 hours since the announcement the Trust welcomed the news that KA had taken full control of the club and I'm sure that they will also welcome news that the embargo is lifted and will make comment all in good time.

Izza went on a fortnight's holiday on Tuesday, ITK etc etc

Oh come on now

Will you be standing for election onto the board Mounts?

Don't think I willl. I'm happy to be a Trust member offer my opinion and view point say my piece and remain impartial and most importantly independent.

Six hours and its been on the national TV and radio, the local TV and radio, the local paper, every BWFC forum, blogs like the LoV, on numerous twitter and facebook accounts - in fact everywhere except one place.

As for the ST welcoming KA taking full control of the club - they didn't.

In fact they couldn't even bear to mention him by name!

I think the picture of KA is the big clue.

I think the picture of KA is the big clue.

We ALL knew who had taken control of Holdsworth shares but you think the ST could have found in within themselves to at least mention his name.

If you think that might be a one off go and look at their public statement when we won promotion - they congratulated everyone they could think of - except one - and they didn't even bother with a picture of him that time.

It's clear to everyone they hate Anderson.

You've lost the plot.

You've lost the plot.

Funny how they've pointedly failed to publically congratulate Anderson on three consecutive major occasions - promotion, becoming major shareholder, having the embargo lifted - yet in your eyes I'm the one with an agenda.

When Bolton got promoted under Eddie Davies did any one congratulate him? The answer is no but they did congratulate the team and manager, the Trust welcomed the new that Inner circle Kens company had taken over the club even devoting half a page to showing Kens picture, were 6 hours from hearing that the embargo is lifted I'm sure the Trust will in the fullness of time congratulate KA on that count. I'll let other folk decide who's got an agenda.

Genuinely they have internet world wide these days so a statement could easily be hashed out.

Likewise they have never said what a cunt ED is for not paying the tax his company owed.

You know, i know, we all know the trust is purely agenda driven and this screams it. it is on par with BN

It's not the Trusts remit to throw retrospective brick brats at previous owners perhaps you'd like them at the same time to give the Warburtons a kicking for selling Tony Henry in 1981.

Not at all but likewise don't tell me they aren't anti club when the biggest news we have had recently has gone with out commented when every piece of negative shit has be liked, retweeted and commented on.

You may like what you heard but it doesn't change that they are cunts with an agenda

They'd be soon to tweet or get Marc Iles to print a story if the tea lady is paid 3 minutes late.
